- A two-night deposit is required for reservations (or 50% if less than a four night stay).

- Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay balance due will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

- Guests are responsible for all nights confirmed, regardless of late arrival or early departure.

- A credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a security deposit for any damages incurred during your stay in the rental property.

- The number of guests is not to exceed the maximum number designated for the unit without the express written consent of the management.

- There are no pets allowed in any of the units.

- Smoking is not permitted in any of the units.

- Any violation of these policies will result in a fine of $100 per person per night and reservation may be immediately cancelled without refund.

- All rules posted in each unit are strictly enforced.

- All cancellations will result in a fee equal to one night’s rent ($100 minimum charge)

- Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies for days that cannot be rebooked less a $100 administrative charge.

- Winter Park Vacation Rentals reserves the right to retain any interest earned on deposits.

- Winter Park Vacation Rentals reserves the right to provide comparable lodging if the property reserved is not available for rental for any reason.
